SepticTrack lets you delete your account and associated data at any time. This page explains exactly what gets deleted and how — including a way to request deletion by email if you no longer have the app installed.
Delete inside the app (instant)
What gets deleted
- All tracking records, photos, and settings stored by the app on your device.
- Your anonymous account (and any linked Apple/Google/email sign-in) in our systems.
- Any server-side entitlement record tied to that account.
What we can't delete
- Store purchase history. Records of purchases you made through Apple's App Store or Google Play are held by Apple/Google under their policies. An active subscription must be cancelled in your store settings (Apple · Google) — deleting your account does not cancel it.
- Support emails you've sent us, which we keep only as long as needed to help you.
Request deletion by email
Already uninstalled the app? Email us and we'll delete the account data from our side:
Deletion request
Send from the address linked to your account if you linked one. We complete verified requests within 30 days.
No account? Still covered.
If you never linked a sign-in, your data is on your device only (plus an anonymous session ID). Deleting the app removes your local data; the in-app Delete account button also clears the anonymous ID first, which is the tidiest order.
